STANFORD " Thinline 35 Cherry" Hardcase

 Stanford’s Thinline is a classic and a tribute to one of the most famous electric guitar models of all the time. The interior of this guitar model is defined by a sustain block, which provides the characteristic sound of the Crossroad Thinline 35. The combination of a Tune-o-matic Bridge, an Alu Stoptailpiece and two Stanford Classic 59 humbuckers with nickel-plated caps, delivers the full range of sounds expected from this Double Cutaway Thinline. A fine and wafer-thin applied nitrocellulose finish makes the guitar swing very well, ensures a fast response and perfect sound. Larry Carlton, B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Alvin Lee, to name just a few famous names, loved and play this icon even today in their concerts. The Stanford Crossroad Thinline 35 will be delivered with a case.

She is the blues machine par excellence. Keith Richards, B.B. King, but also pop guitarists, such as George Harrison, John Lennon or Paul McCartney loved this instrument. Unlike the Thinline 35, this model has no sustain block, two P 90 Dogear single coils and a trapeze tailpiece. It’s a bell-like and transparent sound and it was stylistic for the beat sound of the 60s.

STANFORD "Crossroad Fatboy 75-2" (SOLD)

Only 8 years after the first presentation of this type of guitar, this model got 2 humbuckers, which significantly increased the range of sound options. Each humbucker has a volume and a tone control. The Stanford Crossroad Fatboy 75-2 is similar with its shape and in its construction to the Fatboy 75th. Like all instruments in the Stanford Crossroad series, the Fatboy 75 is also painted with nitrocellulose. The Stanford Crossroad Fatboy 75-2 will be delivered in a case.

STANFORD "Golden Era OM 10 Antique Finish"

 In 1929 an Orchestra Model (OM) was first presented to the public. At the beginning of the 30′s of the 20th century, this body shape has been one of the biggest guitar shapes. The OM was originally designed for use in big bands. Finger stylists quickly discovered the qualities of this body shape. For every fingerstyle guitarist, a balanced frequency spectrum with powerful trebles and moderate basses is an absolute must. Our Stanford Golden Era OM 10 meets these requirements with flying colors. The fine grained solid Canadian Sitka spruce top, draws a clear and transparent sound. Solid back and sides of African mahogany, give the Stanford Golden Era OM 10 its unmistakable, woody character and a very direct sound. The Antique Violin Finish, combined with a thin layer of nitrocellulose lacquer, makes the Golden Era OM 10 a small beauty.

The Stanford Deja Vu series presents guitars that have made history. Countless guitarists have used these icons of guitar-making on stages and in studios all over the world. The DJ-45-VB is built according to original plans of an instrument from 1942.
