The Starplayer TV DLX builds on everything that makes our original line of Starplayer TV guitars great. A semi-hollow, yet robust and roadworthy construction delivering outstanding tone, incredibly good pickups and our renowned Radiator Vibrato unit - just to name a few.

On top of that, we have added double bound F-Holes, Diamond fretboard inlays, a floating transparent pickguard, a new pickup for the neck position and an ingenious way to customize your tone via the Vario-Tone controls located by the pickup switch.

SEMI-HOLLOW CONSTRUCTION

The Starplayer TV DLX is a semi-hollow instrument featuring a solid centerblock, double F-Holes, arched top and flat back. Semi-hollow guitars deliver a unique and open response suitable for any genre.

D-TRON & GRAND VINTAGE

Two humbucking Pickups. The D-Tron in the neck position and GrandVintage at the bridge are a perfectly fine tuned team that delivers a new nuance to the pallet of tone in our line of Starplayer TV guitars.

VARIO-TONE CONTROLS

The Vario-Tone controls work as a regular tone blend, but also as a mid-frequency filter for each pickup. This allows cutting mid-range frequencies in your signal and offers endless options to customize your tone.

 

DUESENBERG "Fullerton Elite Black" (SOLD)

Fullerton Elite

The Fullerton Elite is a semi hollow, dual pickup, 22 fret electric guitar, featuring arched top and back, bent sides and a 647mm scale. The Elite also features a thin body profile of only 3.5cm/1.37" making it rest elegantly on your side.

Following the established Duesenberg essentials, we use spruce and maple for the Elite's main body parts. The arched spruce top is combined with bent sides and arched back made from flamed maple and is perfected with a deluxe 5-ply cream binding around the body. As with almost any other Duesenberg, the Elite sports a one-piece neck made from American Hardrock Maple which is fitted with a 12" Rosewood fretboard.

The Elite also shows a unique pickup combination, which opens up a new range of Duesenberg driven tone. For the bridge position, we took our GrandVintage Humbucker, giving you great transparency and warmth right out of the case. This pickup is accompanied by our SingleTwin Domino noiseless singlecoil at the neck, providing you with just the right mix of attack and open tone you would expect from a classic P90 type pickup.

All our instruments are fitted with our own hardware, which you will only find on a Duesenberg. We design it with attention to even the smallest details to create truly unique instruments.

All our fretboards are carefully pleked and finished by hand for optimum playability and the smooth feel they are famous for.
Additionally, the Elite is fitted with our Radiator Tremolo, giving you smooth operation and improved tuning stability. Last but not least, we topped it all with some beautiful real pearloid accents with the pickguard and the headstock.

The Elite is available in an elegant High-Gloss Black and a stunning metallic Catalina Blue. The headstock on both instruments matches the overall design character of the main body colour.

DUESENBERG "Fullerton Hollow Vintage Burst" Orïginal Hardcase

Fullerton Hollow

The Fullerton Hollow is a big body, full hollow, dual pickup, 22 fret electric thinline guitar, featuring arched top and back, bent sides and a 647mm scale. As with all our Fullerton Series instruments, the Fullerton Hollow features a double cutaway design.

Following the Duesenberg essentials, this version sports an arched spruce top combined with flamed maple sides and a gorgeous arched birdseye maple back.

Because hollow guitars have a voice of their own, the Fullerton Hollow is equipped with two open and responsive P90 pickups which perfectly underline the unique wooden tone of this instrument. To minimize feedback from the body, we designed a custom "Y" shaped component which supports the bridge and connects the top and back of the guitar. This results in a more feedback resistant construction while keeping the natural, distinct tone of an all hollow instrument.

All of our instruments are fitted with our own hardware, which you will only find on a Duesenberg. We design it with attention to even the smallest details to create truly unique instruments from tuner buttons to jack plates.

Additionally, the Fullerton Hollow features a custom black and gold pickguard and a deluxe 5-ply cream binding around the body.

The Fullerton Hollow is available in a gorgeous Vintage Burst which is used on all parts of the guitar from top, back and sides to the neck and even the back of the headstock.

Starplayer TV Custom

The Starplayer TV Custom is a semi hollow, three pickup, 22 fret electric guitar, featuring arched top and back, bent sides and a 647mm scale.

Building up on the original Starplayer TV design, the Custom features spruce for the top. The translucent blackburst finish on the back slightly shows the flamed maple back and harmonizes perfectly with the deep high-gloss black finish used on the entire instrument.

The three pickup layout makes the Custom stand out amongst all other Starplayers. A robust and easy to use 3-way pickup switch allows you to select either bridge, neck or a combination of both pickups, while our Multi-Tone Pot lets you blend in the middle pickup in any desired position. While acting as a blend option, the Multi-Tone Pot also works as a regular tone control. Both functions are seperated by a middle stop in which the pot clicks in softly, waiting for you to decide what to do.

Alliance Series: Joe Walsh

We are proud that for the first model of this brand new Duesenberg Series we had the honor of working together with one of the most remarkable and influential musicians of our time.
In alliance with Joe Walsh we developed an instrument which not only meets Joe’s requirements for tone, looks and playability but which is aimed to also fit the taste of many other guitar players out there.

The instrument features numerous different details connected to Joe’s style or history. The fretboard inlays spell his name in morsecode, referencing his passion for radio operation.
Being a serious guitarhead himself, he also likes to mess around with the hardware of his guitars, often resulting in weird hardware finish mixes, so for this reason the hardware of the Alliance Joe Walsh is a mix of nickel and gold.
