Originally made by Sola Sound for Marshall in the 1960’s the Supa Fuzz is almost identical to the MKII Tone Bender. The difference being that the Supa Fuzz’s Saturation is gated at around 90% in order to give me a more cutting sound. This was Pete Townshed Choice of Fuzz in the 1960’s and was also rumoured to be used by Eric Clapton with Cream.
