En el año 1994 Gibson en el aniversario de sus 100 años (1894-1994) quiso hacer algo especial que consistió en sacar 12 modelos de sus clásicas guitarras eléctricas uno por mes del año y sólo 100 unidades de cada modelo (en representación de esos 100 años), el detalle y cuidado de estas ediciones hacen que esto sea algo más que una edición limitada, es algo muy especial en cuanto a sonido y acabado y difícilmente de ver y probar.
