This is the Tennessee Rose model G6119-1962HT from Gretsch's Professional Collection. This guitar is built to the specs the original 1962 Tennessee Rose with just a few modern appointments yielding a guitar with great vintage style and modern functionality. The G6119-1962 features a "Zero" Fret, HiLo'Tron pickups, rocking bar bridge, and simulated F-Holes, all of which are 1962 period correct appointments designed in part by Chet Atkins himself. The body of a Tennessee Rose is a little smaller and thinner then the 6120 and Gent models making it a great choice for someone who does not favor such a large body design. The guitar is all Pro-series Gretsch with perfect playability, neck angle, and classic warm tones. The HiLo'Tron single coil pickups have a really nice snappy tone with excellent clarity and note definition.
